Several readers have asked me how to access the Internet-limiting app Freedom, which I reference in the latest issue of my newsletter. Freedom costs $10 and can be downloaded here. Another, similar app, Self Control, is free and can be downloaded here.
I also really like readability.com for reading content online (and on devices as well). It reformats and strips all the distractions away to focus on the content.
